The house is located in the center of the village and has characterized the village of Ardez from the very beginning with its typical Engadin graffito and one of the oldest frescoes. Popular walks and hikes (summer and winter) start right behind the house and lead for example to the equally picturesque Guarda, Val Tuoi, Val Tasna, Ftan and Tarasp. Via Scuol in the direction of S-charl you get to the National Park and other starting points for walks, hikes, golf, and bike tours with refreshment stops e.g. in the picturesque mountain village of S-charl. Further experiences and sights are the thermal bath Bogn Engiadina in Scuol, the castle Tarasp, the drinking hall Büvetta Tarasp, the Muzeum Susch as well as the national park house in Zernez. The final cleaning (incl. bed linen and towels) of CHF 150.00 and the visitor's tax (CHF 5.00 per person/night from 12 years), which also includes public transport (RhB train and Postbus) between Zernez and Martina) are not included in the price and will be charged separately. The apartment is suitable for 1 - 4 persons. On request 5 persons are also possible.

The newly rented and modernly furnished and lovingly maintained 4.5 room apartment is located in a traditional Engadine house. The special charm of the apartment is characterized by the particularly beautiful arve living-room and the appealing mix of modern renovated and rustic traditional elements. The apartment is fully equipped to a high standard and is situated in a quiet and central location in Ardez (supermarket and post office approx. 50 m walking distance). It is suitable for 1 - 4 persons. On request, 5 persons are also possible. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom/office with two single beds, 1 children's (play)room, a living and dining area, an Arvenstube, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, free WiFi, TV and radio. The apartment offers a beautiful setting amidst traditional Engadine houses decorated with graffiti, a seating area in front of the house and a parking space. It is an ideal starting point for sporting activities (e.g. hiking, biking, golf, skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding and ski tours), for exploring the Engadine culture and for culinary delights. kitchen and bathroom The kitchen is fully equipped.
