Here in our region, local products are available in an astonishing variety and number. This wide selection has been compiled in a practical overview that makes it easier for restaurateurs to make their cuisine even more regional and focus on local ingredients. The list contains over 100 different products from around 30 producers (as of autumn 2024).

Networking of producers and restaurateurs

The list promotes the exchange between chefs and producers by facilitating contact and strengthening regional cycles. By working together, fresh, local ingredients can be used directly in the catering trade.

The list shows the variety of ingredients that are produced in Samnaun, the Lower Engadine and Val Müstair. It serves as a working tool for producers and restaurateurs.

Product categories

Regional foods are divided into seven main categories:

  • dairy products
  • meat products
  • eggs
  • vegetables, fruit and herbs
  • cereals and potatoes
  • honey, jams and baked goods
  • drinks

To enable direct communication, you will find the contact details of the respective producers for each product.

All agreements on availability and prices are made directly between restaurateurs and producers. Please report changes or new entries at any time by e-mail to the Regional Development Centre (svilupregiunal@ebvm.ch).
