Vulpera has one of the longest holiday traditions in the entire Alpine region. At the beginning of the 20th century, well-known figures from politics and business met here. In small villages, old customs are maintained, such as "Chalandamarz", known from the history of the Schellenursli, and the "Hom Strom" in Scuol.
