After a day on the ski slopes or after a hike, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or a visit to the panoramic sauna in the garden. The shops can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. The (ski) bus stop is less than 130m from the house (Scuol, Coop. In 5 minutes you can easily reach the valley station of the mountain railways as well as the Scuol-Tarasp train station. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. Two outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the house. In summer as well as in winter, the surrounding area invites you to take small and long walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which starts right outside the front door.
