Description

The home village of Schellen-Ursli is crossed and left in an easterly direction. The route then follows the historic Engadin road to Bos-cha and then descends gently to the day's destination of Ardez, at the eastern end of which the ruins of Steinsberg Castle stand guard over the valley.

Geheimtipp

If this stage is too short for you, we recommend a detour to the Munt d'Ardez or even further to Murtera Dadoura with a toboggan run down to Ardez. Sledges are available at the top and can be returned to the Hotel Alvetern in Ardez.

This long winter hike can be booked as a package including luggage transport from hotel to hotel. You can find more information here: engadin.com
