Mindfully wandering through the forest: We move slowly, quietly and with open senses in nature. Forest bathing or "Shinrin Yoku" comes from Japan and can be translated as "bathing in the forest air". Through breathing and mindfulness exercises, we immerse ourselves with all our senses in the atmosphere of the Alpine forest and strengthen the immune system.
Meeting point: Funtana da Lischana (on the Inn below Scuol, Manaröl), 9:00 - 12:00

Equipment: All-weather clothing, hiking boots, rain protection, food and drink
