The Hotel Süsom-Givè in Tschierv was built in 1935 and is a family-run business, already in the 3rd generation. Thanks to its good location, the hotel is an optimal starting point for hikes in the Swiss National Park Val Nüglia, mountain hikes/climbing on the local mountain Piz Daint, beautiful motorcycle, bicycle and bike tours and it also serves as a pleasant stopover for trips to South Tyrol.

Description

We set a high value on fresh products and try to source them from the region whenever possible. The products or menus are made by ourselves and should please your taste buds.

You will receive large portions at a fair price-performance ratio with our home-style, seasonal cuisine. Mr. Peider Andri Toutsch (owner) is a qualified chef and has already gained cooking experience in Klosters, Davos, Lausanne and Monaco. He personally prepares your menus - on request of course also Graubünden specialties such as capuns, ibex and venison salsiz, pizokel and filet mignon. Individual regional products and specialties are also available in our kiosk.
