Beautiful 3.5 room maisonette apartment (80sqm/2 bathrooms) is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the middle of Laax village, in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop and Lake Laax.  From the balcony, which is southwest-facing, you have a wonderful view of Lake Laax. The lake, with swimming in summer and a children's ski lift in winter, is diagonally opposite the house. The special sleeping place on the plateau (mattress 1.4x2m) is located directly above the bathrooms. To get to the level, you have to climb the inclined ladder. Since this is unsuitable for small children, we recommend the sleeping place only for school children, teenagers or adults. If the plateau is used, a cleaning surcharge will be charged (see conditions). If you arrive by car, you are welcome to park it in the reserved underground parking space. From there you can take the elevator to the individual floors. In the house there is a sauna for private use with coin counter and a washing machine with dryer, also with coin counter. Unfortunately, smoking or pets are not allowed in this apartment.
