Outside numbered parking space just in front of the house. The landlady lives in Brigels and can be reached personally on site in case of emergency. The manageable ski area/mountain railways, the sports facilities (swimming lake, mini golf course, playground...) and the shopping facilities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 150 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. On arrival there is a rubbish bag, washing-up liquid/powdered dishes, kitchen paper and two toilet paper rolls. Snow removal to the front door by caretaker.
