The living room impresses with the cozy TV lounge and fireplace, with direct access to the covered terrace, which offers a great view of the imposing Flimserstein. The apartment is right next to 2 bus stops with free shuttle to different stations. There is an underground garage with private parking, a lift, a laundry and drying room, a ski and bike room. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance, opposite a cozy café where bread for breakfast can be picked up on reservation. The shuttle bus stop (free) is right in front of the building. In less than 500 m you can reach a grocery store (Volg), hotel swimming pool, various wellness facilities, tennis courts, playgrounds and the picturesque Cauma swimming lake.
