The newly built apartment is located in Flims Waldhaus, a quiet and sunny village, access via private road. Underground parking with private parking (n° 19). In addition, the residence has an elevator, a drying room and ski/bike storage. The (ski) bus stop (free) is only 200 m away. In less than 500 m walk you can reach a supermarket, restaurants, tennis court, playground and a picturesque swimming lake "Caumasee". At a distance of 1 KM or 3 min by bus you will find ski lift, ski school, cross-country ski trail and ski slopes. The apartment is located in the forest and thus offers endless hiking and biking trails. The Swiss Grand Canyon is just a 20-minute walk away. This environment gives you the opportunity to practice the following activities, among others: horseback riding, golfing, paragliding, rafting, climbing and abseiling. Pets are allowed on request and wireless Internet access is available free of charge. A baby cot and high chair are available, please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot.
