Poetry of Nature in the Circle of the Year - Meditation Course

With the help of poetic texts, meditation and conversations - and found objects from river, rock, forest, meadow - we delve into the phenomenal world of nature that surrounds us and to which we ourselves belong.
Apart from the willingness to get involved in something new, no prerequisites are necessary.
Course instructor: Gabrielle Susan Rüetschi, poet, movement therapist, teacher. Many years of meditation practice. Often out and about in nature, looking, listening, amazed, pondering.
The spring part of the course begins on April 10 (one evening per month).
