The day begins satisfactorily for the clerks in the sub-department of the Office of Assignment. They classify the deceased sensibly and correctly. But then they receive boxes of certificates from Sophie Taeuber-Arp, who died in an accident.

Which drawer does this curious woman fit into?

Sophie Taeuber-Arp, born January 19, 1889, was a painter, weaving artist, performance artist, dancer, Dadaist, costume designer, furniture designer, architect, interior designer, lecturer, hostess and campaigner for the modern arts.

Excerpts from letters, projection mapping, figures, masks and acting paint a theatrical picture of Sophie and her ability to devote herself to art in all things with Dadaesque-surreal freedom.
