Description

The second stage of the e-mountain bike tour "National Park Region" leads down the valley to the entrance to Val Vau. On the first long ascent towards Döss Radond, the forest dominates the landscape. The fascinating rock face with the waterfall as the outlet of the Lai da Rims in the south makes the ascent through the Val Vau an entertaining and attractive section. From Döss Radond, you find yourself in the very extensive, wild Val Mora and enjoy the relaxed continuation of the journey to the alp of the same name, before the subsequent trail to Lago San Giacomo di Fraéle demands full concentration. After a loop around the lake and over the dam, the trail continues towards Alpisella, the second pass on this tour. A break at the pass will compensate for the strain of the ascent as well as the following descent to Lago di Livigno.

Geheimtipp

The hosted Alp Mora invites you to take a refreshing break.

Sicherheitshinweis

On high altitude sections, snowfields are possible until the summer months.

The tour has been evaluated under favorable weather conditions. Current weather conditions and weather forecasts must be taken into account before starting the tour. This tour does not make any special demands on driving safety and driving skills.
