Zernez offers some very interesting sights such as the Protestant parish church and the National Park Centre, which houses extensive permanent and temporary exhibitions, the guest information desk and a souvenir shop.

Susch presents itself as a magnificent Engadine village with its many "old" houses. Susch is the only place in the Lower Engadine where the Inn River flows through the middle of the village and, together with the Flüela Pass and the Vereina Tunnel, forms the only traffic junction to the northwest.

Lavin lies at the southern portal of the Vereina Tunnel and is situated between Susch and Guarda on the valley floor. The Protestant church of San Güerg is particularly worth seeing.

Guarda is considered one of the best-preserved Engadine villages. Because of its magnificent, sgraffito-decorated Engadine houses, it was classified as a townscape of national importance by the Swiss Heritage Society. Guarda is also known for the world-famous children's book story of Schellen-Ursli.

Like Guarda and Susch, Ardez is a typical Engadine village. Worth seeing are the Protestant church, the only Renaissance church in the Engadine, the Plantaturm and the Steinsberg castle ruins, which are open to the public.

Ftan is situated on a sunny high plateau, away from the hustle and bustle, and is divided into the two districts of Ftan Pitschen and Ftan Grond (small and large). Visit the old mill of Ftan. There are two mills in the building in their original state.

As a landmark of the Lower Engadine, Tarasp Castle, built in 1040, majestically overlooks the region. Since 30 March 2016, the world-renowned Engadine artist Not Vital has been the new owner of Tarasp Castle. There are regular castle and art tours.

Scuol wurde bekannt durch die über 20 Mineralquellen, welche auf einer Strecke von nur 6 km in und um Scuol entspringen. Ein Besuch der authentischen Dorfplätze mit seinen Mineralwasserbrunnen sowie die von romanischer Kultur geprägten Engadinerhäusern in den beiden alten Dorfteilen Scuol Sot (Unterdorf) und Scuol Sura (Oberdorf) lohnt sich.

In the village of Sent, for example, you can discover the "Grotta da Cultura" meeting centre with its varied cultural programme and the mystical old Val Sinestra spa house. Sent can be recognised from afar by its neo-Gothic church tower built in 1899.

In the former spa houses, the simple Berghaus and the imposing Hotel Val Sinestra, you can still sense a breath of times gone by.

During the village tours you will get information about the traditions, stories, locals, culture and architecture in a walk around the village.

The small museum in Guarda offers insights into various scenes of the children's story. Here the Schellen-Ursli story becomes real. Ideal for small and large visitors.

Muzeum Susch is defined by a series of permanent, site-specific installations by international contemporary artists that engage with the architecture and idiosyncratic structure of the site.

The Swiss National Park stands for true wilderness. Wilderness is also the leitmotif of the completely new National Park exhibition in the Zernez Visitor Centre. 

Situated in the vaulted cellar of a residential building, the small theatre has been offering a highly regarded programme of monthly guest performances in the fields of theatre, music and performance for over 20 years.

In the Bogn Engiadina you can relax optimally after a hike: in addition to various indoor and outdoor pools with massage jets, bubbles and waterfalls, you have a wide range of wellness and therapy options at your disposal.

In addition to the main exhibition on the way of life and culture of an alpine region dominated by agriculture, the Lower Engadine Museum of Local History also has a large library containing, among other things, the first Romansh Bible translated in 1679 and printed in Scuol.

For two hundred years, the Fundaziun Stamparia Strada operated the book and newspaper printing works that were important and renowned for the development of the Lower Engadin Romansh Vallader.

The sculpture park at the entrance to Sent was designed by the local, world-renowned artist Not Vital. His works of art, buildings and sculptures can be found there.

At the ceramic painting course in the Butia Schlerin in Sent, there are no limits to creativity and a cosy get-together is guaranteed.
